Cancellation Policy

Important Update: 48-Hour Cancellation Policy As we head into our busiest season of the year, I want to express how much I appreciate your continued support and loyalty. My goal is always to provide the best possible service and ensure everyone on the waitlist has an opportunity to be seen. Due to an upcoming surgery and an exceptionally long waitlist, I am implementing a stricter cancellation policy effective immediately. To protect my schedule and accommodate other clients: 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Any appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice (or missed entirely) will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost. I understand that life happens, but because I am working with limited availability during this time, a late cancellation prevents another client from filling that spot.
